A very very humble attempt to document the lesser known stories of some of the greatest daughters and sons of this ancient motherland we call India.
A popular teaching and a misconception is that India received Independence by non violent means. This might have proved effective in mass mobilization but it was peanuts in front of the terror the revolutionaries instilled in the minds of the British. Crediting just the non violence movement is insulting the thousands who laid down their lives graciously and with pride in liberating our motherland.
15eight is as stated above a very humble attempt in documenting these unsung heroes, and hence in a way paying tribute to their supreme sacrifice.
In the process of documenting we may miss out on some great revolutionaries and we would like it if you could mail us the details of the same so that we can include them in our posts as well. Also due to the largely ill written historical references we may have very few factual errors and hence those corrections are also welcome.
